On Saturday 29/01/2022 WA Health and Government updated the formal of Proof of Vaccine mandate to exempt all community sporting groups from the Vaccine Mandate.

HOWEVER licensed venues fall under a separate set of requirements.

Effective 22nd February – Requirements for The Sporting Globe Stadium (Mandurah Hockey Stadium) are:

1. The licensed area for our venue starts at the gate entry to the stadium and encompasses the stadium concourse and grandstand seating area.
2. As a licensed venue, Peel Hockey must comply with the mandates https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/covid19-restriction-checker/cafes-and-restaurants/wa
3. To meet the covid proof of vaccination mandates, our venue needs to reduce our licensing area with signs and barricades, to effectively identify a restricted licensed area.
4. Peel is working with Hockey WA who are working with WAPOL to reduce the licensed areas across all venues.
5. Once item 3 has been completed, proof of vaccination will ONLY be required if you are entering the restricted licence area.

Participants are provided with the opportunity to load their proof of vaccination at registration.
